At The Yarn Store, we want you to love every stitch of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
